What is a Tour of Homes and how is it different from a Parade of Homes™?
Home parades and tours are truly the best way for you to find land and choose a builder for your new home. You should also expect to see some of the new products and materials available in today’s new homes.

A Tour of Homes is different from a Parade of Homes™ in that:
• A Tour features many different developments scattered throughout an area; and
• A Tour can feature custom homes, spec homes, model homes, and even homes still under construction. This Tour of Homes features fifteen beautiful homes and two developments across the magnificent Texas Hill Country.

How much does it cost?
There is no Admission Fee to the Hill Country Tour of Homes.

Where are the homes located?
The homes and developments are located throughout Boerne, Comfort, Fredericksburg, and Kerrville.

How do I find the homes and developments?
The Hill Country Tour of Homes Guide will be available in October and has maps, directions, and information on each home and development. Either download the Tour Guide from this website or pick up a Tour Guide at one of the locations listed on the homepage.

Our Home Tour features 5 of the most innovative home designs in the Austin area that take advantage of Belvedere's 1 to 3 acre Hill Country home sites.

You'll see Hill Country Contemporary, Santa Barbara and Spanish Colonial style architecture with panoramic hill country views.

Our Home Tour reflects Belvedere's standing as one of the premier hill country neighborhoods with an upscale presentation of negative edge pools, media rooms, travertine floors, knotty alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances and state-of-the-art green features.

The tour starts at the Belvedere Amenity Center and Lazy River Pool with a wine tasting presented by Fall Creek Vineyards and food tastings by The Connolly's, Verdes and Hill Country Pasta House.

Pick up a tour map, and it's on to some of the most interesting home designs in the Austin area. But hurry, 10 of our past custom open homes were sold over the past 6 months and to date we've sold 112 of the 222 homesites in Belvedere.
