Join your fellow Comanche Trace Residents for the 2010 Residents Party on Monday, October 18th, 2010 at 5:30pm in the Sales Center Parking Lot. We will enjoy a BBQ dinner catered by The Club at Comanche Trace to include: grilled chicken, ribs, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob, iced tea, water and cobbler. A Cash bar will also be available. Entertainment and music will be provided by Elemental DJ. Tickets are $20.00 for adults, $8.00 for chidren ages 6-12, and ages 6 and under are complimentary. Please drop checks by the Sales Center to RSVP no later than Monday, October 4th, 2010. Checks should be made payable to CTRCA.

The 2010 Hill Country Tour of Homes is scheduled during the weekends of October 22-24 and October 29-31. This unique Tour allows you to experience the extra-ordinary lifestyle only available in the Hill Country.
