"I wanted to let you know what an incredible experience that we had building with Design Tech Homes. We were definitely nervous about the whole process but David Sullivan, our New Home Consultant, (above left) kept us continuously informed and updated on everything. He was extremely accommodating and always helpful. We were also able to spend some time out at the property with Andrew Lahasky, our Area Manager (above right). He was always right there for anything that we needed and kept in touch with us throughout the entire build. Once we started the build, this is when Jeff Gatlin, our Construction Manager (above middle) came into the picture, and what a wonderful job he does. I have never seen someone that knows his stuff so well and is so on top of things.
I can honestly say that we had more trouble with the guys putting in the satellite dish, than we did building our home. This was a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend Design Tech Homes to anyone. I love getting up each morning and feeling so incredibly blessed to be in this beautiful home. Thanks so much for the time and commitment from all involved!!"
