“BEST VALUE” by Links Magazine
Comanche Trace was selected as a Best Value Property by Links Magazine in its “America’s Premier Properties” issue published in December, 2009. Comanche Trace is excited for our community to be chosen in this category because it validates our position as the best country club value available in the Texas Hill Country. It is very gratifying to be chosen as one of the best values in the entire country.
Comanche Trace is a private country club featuring a 27 hole championship golf course designed by Tom Kite and Jay and Carter Moorish. In addition to the golf course, the community has all of the amenities expected such as pool, crushed granite walking trails, fitness center, private river park, private fishing lake, tennis courts, community garden and so much more.
